Built for the buyers you sell to now.
A refreshed brand system and a redesigned Webflow site that puts Kyber's customer proof and outcomes first, feels as warm as your team does in person, and gives marketing a taxonomy it can grow without a developer.
What we heard from you.
Based on our conversations and your scope document, this is our understanding of where Kyber stands today and where you want to go. If we got anything wrong, tell us. This is the foundation the whole proposal is built on.
Challenges today
- Site built for a technical founder audience; your buyers are now senior executives
- Taxonomy gets confusing as content grows, and changes need a developer
- Feature listing without the "so what"; text-heavy, dark and faceless
- Traffic grows steadily while engagement per visit declines
Where you want to go
- Trust and credibility with executive buyers across new business units
- Customer proof front and center, from the homepage to every case study
- A lighter, warmer brand system: fonts, colors, iconography, "building blocks"
- A flexible CMS taxonomy your team updates without a developer
Our track record.
What's included.
Design system
- Builds on what stays: the Kyber logo and the Kyber green as core color
- Standardized typography system: header and body pairings, weights and sizes, one set of rules for web and marketing materials
- Iconography system and brand elements that expand the "building blocks" motif from your video
- A lighter overall foundation replacing dark mode and the dark ombre
- Brand Style Guide as Figma documentation, ready for your internal team and future vendors
Web design
- Final UI designs in Figma for up to 14 unique pages: homepage, the Customers, Solutions, Partners and Resources hubs, About, Security, Talk to a Human, a legal template, and CMS templates for solution pages, customer stories, resource articles, events and press
- Resource and news templates we recently redesigned together are refreshed to the new system, not rebuilt
- Page structure is aligned directly in the design file, based on your proposed taxonomy and messaging framework; this replaces a separate wireframe phase
- Homepage design directions first, then rollout to all pages
- Rich social proof built in: logo wall linking into case studies, featured customers, a testimonial component with quote and photo, video support for customer stories
- Responsive designs for desktop and mobile
- Design components system (e.g. buttons, form fields, navigation with multi-level dropdowns, cards, pop-ups)
- Hover, focus, and active states for key UI elements
- Organized and labeled Figma file for seamless handoff to development
Mockups & illustrations
- Custom product mockups and illustrations in the building-blocks motif for up to 15 assets, general enough to stay evergreen through product updates
- Produced in parallel to development, no impact on the timeline
- Delivery in formats optimized for Webflow, Pitch, Keynote, or slides (JSON, MP4, PNG sequence)
Webflow development
- Fully developed Webflow website based on the final approved designs
- CMS restructure: one flexible set of collections for solutions, customer stories, resources, events and press, editable by your team without a developer
- Existing resource and news items are re-bound to the refreshed templates; 301 redirects for URLs that change in the new taxonomy. A Webflow-to-Webflow rebuild needs no separate migration line
- Responsive implementation for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Global styles and classes for scalable design system
- Component library for easy reuse by the marketing team
- UX animations (e.g. hover effects, page transition), pop-up functionality, video embeds in customer stories
- On-page SEO & AEO structure (titles, meta descriptions, alt-tags, heading structure, schema markup, llms.txt)
- GDPR compliant cookie banner implementation
Quality assurance & launch support
- Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Responsive testing on key breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Functionality checks (e.g. forms, buttons, animations, CMS items)
- SEO basics verified (meta tags, alt-texts, semantic heading structure)
- Domain setup guidance and DNS record configuration support
- Support during go-live window
Post-launch support
- 20 hours of free post-launch support to address items that were out of scope, available for 21 days after launch
- Assistance with onboarding your team to Webflow Editor & CMS
Not included
- Logo redesign and a new core color: the logo and the Kyber green stay as they are (refinement available as an add-on below)
- Wireframes: page structure is aligned in the design file instead (available as an add-on below)
- Content and SEO migration: not needed for a Webflow-to-Webflow rebuild, redirects for changed URLs are part of development
- Copywriting and final content: Kyber writes the copy based on the messaging framework and provides it before the design of each page
- Content entry into the new collections (solutions, customer stories, events, press): Kyber's team, once magier has set up the structure with sample items
- A platform change away from Webflow: this offer assumes Webflow. If you move to another stack, the design system, web design and mockups stand on their own and we re-scope the build
- Third-party costs: Webflow hosting plan, domains, paid integrations, billed directly by the provider
- Custom integrations such as an "Ask AI" widget or CRM configuration beyond form embeds: quoted separately once specified

How we work.
10.5 weeks from kickoff to launch.
Each bar is a phase. Where bars overlap, the work runs in parallel: mockups and illustrations run alongside development. You have no hard launch date; assuming kickoff on 21 September (CW39), the site goes live in the first week of December (CW49). Development is scoped for Webflow. If your tech stack decision takes longer, the design phases run as planned and the build starts once it is made.
Your investment.
Revised after your feedback: branding reduced to the design system you asked for, wireframes and the migration line removed. Let's discuss your questions and feedback in detail. The scope above is covered in full; anything beyond gets flagged and aligned before work starts.

What we're counting on from your side.
The working assumptions the price and timeline are built on.
Onboarding & project kickoff
- Kyber completes all assigned onboarding materials (briefing documents, brand discovery questionnaires) before project kickoff
- Kyber provides logo files, current brand assets, the messaging framework, the finalized page list and taxonomy, and access credentials before project kickoff
- Kyber delivers final, approved copy per page before that page enters design; design cannot start on a page without its copy
- Kyber provides meta tags and descriptions before project kickoff
Content & asset delivery
- Kyber adds content to the new CMS collections (solutions, customer stories, events, press); magier sets up the structure, populates sample items and re-binds existing resource and news items
- Images compressed to less than 1MB; videos as mp4 or links to mp4 files hosted on the client's own server
- All content delivered (copy, images, videos) must be final and approved by the client prior to delivery
Feedback & communication
- Deliverables (wireframes, designs, staging links) are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt, unless otherwise agreed
- All feedback is consolidated and communicated via the designated channel (Figma, Outlign or BugHerd); feedback outside of it cannot be taken into calculation
Access & responsibilities
- Kyber ensures timely access to all necessary third-party platforms (Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma, YouTube/Vimeo) and remains responsible for related costs and terms
- Kyber secures all legal approvals and compliance checks (data protection, imprint, terms of use) before go-live
- If key stakeholders are unavailable for a prolonged period, the client notifies magier in advance and appoints a temporary point of contact
- No custom code or integrations beyond the explicitly listed scope
Iterations & additional work
- Each deliverable (design directions, moodboards, a batch of 3 to 5 subpages) includes up to two feedback and revision rounds
- An iteration is a round in which the client reviews and gives feedback on a deliverable or stage of a phase
- 10% of the total price is reserved for post-launch adjustments: revisiting an approved deliverable goes on the post-launch list and is handled from these reserved hours after go-live. This keeps the project on schedule and does not apply to new deliverables
- Additional iterations beyond scope: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
- Out-of-scope change requests: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
What clients say when we're not in the room.
As a VC-backed startup growing fast, we didn't have time for a six-month project. We needed someone fast, and magier proved they could deliver. Their Webflow expertise and past work impressed us, and in the end, we were super happy with the outcome. Magier was always on the project together with us - we felt like they were part of our team. I've never seen that in other agencies. They were fast, bold, and innovative. I would totally recommend them.
Working with Magier feels like having an entire design and web team plugged directly into our marketing engine. They move fast, they think with us, and they enabled us to execute ideas we simply didn't have the resources for before.
We partnered with Magier to relaunch our entire CI and website, and the experience was outstanding. The team delivered excellent work - communication and execution exceeded our expectations. If you want a website that stands apart with a uniquely creative interpretation of your CI, Magier is the partner to choose. Big thanks to the whole team! :)
I used maybe 5-6 other design/webflow agencies before finding Magier. All the usual ones you get FB ads for... I think I found Magier through my Y-combinator network... been super impressed with the quality of the design and Webflow development. Like, they've been able to do everything I threw at them. Also, they've worked well alongside our SEO agency and even provided many unsolicited speed improvements etc. Can't recommend them enough.
After our rebranding, we needed a partner to help us build a new website in Webflow - and Magier stepped in seamlessly. From day one, they were committed, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, tackling every challenge we faced with ease. Communication was always smooth and effortless, making the entire process stress-free. Thanks to their dedication, we launched our brand-new website on schedule, despite a tight deadline. It was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend the Magier team!
What a great pleasure it is to work with the design team at magier!! The team is very talented and customer focussed. From the moment you start working with them, it feels like a partner who is focussed at solving your problems. Their support post delivery was fantastic - helping quickly resolve any small issue that came up or in some cases doing some quick design revisions based on user feedback. In summary, if you are looking for a long term partner who keep you first, look no further!
